INSULATED VEHICLE BODIES
Our insulated vehicle bodies are manufactured at our modern production facilities in Thessaloniki using premium-quality materials sourced from leading European suppliers. Designed for the transport of temperature-sensitive products, they provide outstanding thermal insulation and maintain stable temperature conditions throughout every journey.
The body is constructed using one-piece sandwich panels, manufactured with vacuum press technology to achieve exceptional structural strength and thermal performance. The panels are bonded together using a high-performance polyester adhesive, ensuring complete watertightness and long-term durability.
All body edges are reinforced and protected with extruded aluminium profiles, while the floor is manufactured from 21 mm marine-grade plywood, providing excellent resistance to heavy loads and moisture.
Every insulated body is fully compliant with ATP FNA specifications and all applicable road transport regulations, ensuring quality, safety, and full regulatory compliance.
ALUMINIUM BOX BODIES
In partnership with the Italian manufacturer Furgokit, DERVISIS designs and manufactures high-quality aluminium box bodies for a wide range of commercial applications.
These lightweight bodies are suitable for use as delivery vehicles, mobile workshops, promotional vehicles, and many other specialized applications.
The body panels are manufactured from 2.5 mm aluminium sheets, joined using specially designed aluminium profiles. Internal stainless steel riveting combined with high-performance sealant creates a completely smooth external surface.
Every body receives a durable powder-coated finish, providing excellent resistance to impact, corrosion, and harsh weather conditions. Their lightweight construction contributes to lower fuel consumption, increased payload capacity, and improved overall vehicle efficiency.
DEEP-FREEZE BODIES
In addition to standard refrigerated bodies, DERVISIS manufactures deep-freeze vehicle bodies specifically designed for the transport of ice cream and frozen products requiring maximum thermal protection.
These bodies are particularly suitable for countries with hot climates, where high ambient temperatures demand superior refrigeration performance. Manufactured with premium materials and advanced insulation technology, they are designed to maintain temperatures as low as –33°C.
Depending on operational requirements, they can be equipped with either static or forced-air refrigeration systems. Their ergonomic design includes symmetrical side doors, allowing quick access to the cargo while minimizing temperature loss during deliveries.
EXPLOSIVES TRANSPORT BODIES
DERVISIS also specializes in the design and manufacture of ADR-compliant vehicle bodies for the transport of explosives and other hazardous materials.
These specialized bodies are manufactured in accordance with all applicable European regulations and certification requirements, providing maximum safety and reliability for explosive transport applications.
