Every project begins with a detailed assessment of the specific characteristics of each vehicle model. Based on these measurements, we develop a custom insulation kit that ensures a precise fit, outstanding performance, and the highest standards of quality.
Floor and roof panels are manufactured using CNC machining technology, guaranteeing maximum precision and consistency.
The remaining insulation components—including the side panels, rear wall, and door panels—are produced using dedicated moulds developed for each vehicle model, ensuring a perfect fit and superior finish.
Special structural reinforcements are integrated into the roof to support the installation of the refrigeration unit. A dedicated service channel is also incorporated within the roof panel, allowing the refrigeration pipes and wiring to be routed safely and neatly.
All insulation panels are bonded to the vehicle using high-performance polyurethane adhesive foam, while every joint is carefully sealed with professional-grade sealant to ensure excellent thermal insulation, watertightness, and long-term durability.
Our state-of-the-art insulation kit is fully certified and designed to meet the highest industry standards. Its removable design allows the entire insulation system to be detached whenever major vehicle repairs are required, providing full access to the vehicle body without causing any damage to the insulation or refrigeration equipment.
To meet each customer’s operational requirements, we also offer a range of interior customization options, including the installation of anti-slip flooring, shelving systems, and other bespoke interior fittings.

INSULATED VAN CONVERSIONS FOR MEAT TRANSPORT
For meat transport, the insulation kit incorporates reinforced roof and sidewall structures designed to support specialized meat-handling equipment. The roof is fitted with overhead rails and meat hooks, while the sidewalls can be equipped with fixed hanging tubes ("bamies") for secure suspension of meat products.
These systems ensure the safe and hygienic transport of meat, maintaining product integrity regardless of load weight or transport conditions.
INSULATED VAN CONVERSIONS FOR FISH & SEAFOOD TRANSPORT
Fish and seafood transport requires special attention to the design of the flooring and drainage system. To ensure efficient water management, the insulation kit incorporates an integrated drainage system with drain channels, drain valves, and water outlets. In addition, door water barriers are installed to prevent leakage during transport, making the interior easy to clean and maintain while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene.

For products that require deep-frozen transport, such as dough, ice cream, and other frozen goods, a double internal door system is available. This solution minimizes heat loss during door opening, helping to maintain the required internal temperature and improve energy efficiency.
